Welcome to the Lincracing web site, home of the Lincracing Syndicate, a group of 15 friends who, while drinking at the Lincolnshire Arms Hotel in North Essendon in 2005, decided it was time to realise a goal and get involved in horse racing.

 

 

A Short History 

 

After some success (including 3 wins) with our first horse Linconi, we aquired Likeadelago as a yearling in March 2007. In our third campaign Likeadelago (otherwise known as the Galloping Giraffe due to his size and constant battle to be coordinated as a 2 and 3 year old) had his first win in Symour in May 2009. This was followed by 4 more starts, but soft wet tracks did not suit his large frame.

 

As of December 2009, Likeadelago is back for his fourth and most promising preperation/campaign as a 4 year old. Firmer tracks and a more mature horse means we are quietly confident of some success this campaign.
